Description

Blowing zero air consumption adsorption dryer Rated working pressure: 0.6-1.0Mpa Ambient temperature: ≤45℃ Air dew point: -40℃ (0.7MPa) Description: Blowing zero air consumption adsorption dryer Working Principle: Blowing zero air consumption adsorption dryer uses a blower to extract the ambient air, which is heated by the heater to regenerate the adsorbent. When cold blowing, the blower is used to extract the ambient air and passes through the cooler for internal circulation cooling. There is no compressed air loss during the regeneration process. Standard technical parameters: 1. Rated intake air temperature: ≤40℃ 2. Rated working pressure: 0.6-1.0Mpa 3. Ambient temperature: ≤45℃ 4. Air dew point: -40℃ (0.7MPa) (customization is accepted below -60℃) 5. Air consumption for regeneration: 0% 6. Pressure loss: ≤0.02MPa 7. Air intake oil content: <0.1mg/m³ 8. Installation method: indoor, no foundation, leveling of the concrete floor, reserved maintenance operation space 9. Adsorbent: activated alumina, molecular sieve 10. Air intake condition of blower: 38℃ (RH=65%) 11. Power supply: 380V-3PH-50HZ 12. Users can optionally configure customized products, and consult our technical service department for detailed technical parameters Design Features: 1. Pure logic intelligent control, temperature participation control, optimize operating costs, and monitor important operating parameters of the dryer. 2. Accurate action, stable performance, easy operation 3. The inner wall of the cylinder is treated with professional anti-rust treatment, no corrosion for 10 years
