How to use After the metal is complete fusion during electric smelting, splash some slag remover on the surface of metal liquid with the initial slag removing. Splash a thin layer on the surface of metal liquid to keep warm and gather slag. Remove the slag before getting out of the electric furnace. Scatter some slag remover at the bottom of casting ladle, before the molten steel goes out. Don’t place slag remover at the bottom of casting ladle, before the molten iron gets out, in case it affects the nodulizing or inoculation. Spray some slag remover on the surface of casting ladle of molten iron. After slagging-off, scatter a little to cover then pouring. The total addition rate is about 0.2% of metal liquid. Packing and storage 20kg per bag, pack with double layers of kraft bag. Store in the dry place to avoid moisture.
