The Opti-Feed 3000 by System TM is an Automatic feeder which is designed to feed work pieces that can run automatically. It comes with a capacity which speed can be adjusted based on the main machine speed. Using this tool, it increases both machine capacity and release of labor coming from hard and repetitive work. This is the ideal tool for feeding short work pieces coming from 380 up to 2,500 mm (15" up to 98") at a capacity of 5 layer/min. For this specific tool, it has a wide range of infeed system which can singulate and feed the workpieces in the correct order. Plus, the customer can choose an extensive range of optional features.
