Description

The compact table version LOW MINI was specially developed for depaneling for series with a small format, for small series with a large format and cost-conscious production. Printed circuit board materials, with a residual web connection up to a maximum size of 320 mm x 580 mm, can be separated quickly and economically. The cutting process is servo-controlled in all axes, with the milling drive from above. The change of work area from small (320x280mm) to large (320x580mm) format is the highlight of the machine due to the simple and uncomplicated handling. •Short cycle times thanks to Shuttle operation •Linear Motor Technology •Flexible handling - easy operation •Optimal Price-Performance Ratio Manual Depaneling - Flexible and cost effective: The concept of manual depaneling offers enormous advantages when it comes to flexibility and costs. Medium production volumes can be separated quickly and with low dust levels with the LOW MINI. Standard features include 1-fold loading in linear motor technology; operation with a 1-fold shuttle is possible to increase the working area. The ease of maintenance and operation combined with the excellent price-performance ratio allows pleasant working and makes the investment in this depanelizer also economically worthwhile. •Ionization •Adapter coding •Visionsystem •Printed circuit boards vacuum and suction systems •DXF conversion into an executable DIN milling program •Remote maintenance
