The SYSTRONIC CL950 cleaning system is the ideal system for cleaning your misprints and assemblies. The automatic single-chamber cleaning system made of stainless steel sprays over a register adapted to your magazines in a closed circuit. It is possible to convert the inlay in the system to spray arms, or to use a different spray register. • The receiving adapter is moved back and forth in the chamber, simulating an in-line process. • The system consists of a closed cleaning cycle, a closed rinsing cycle, a drying unit and a separate drain pump. • After the respective process steps of cleaning and rinsing, the arms are blown free with compressed air to prevent the cleaning agent and the rinsing water from mixing. • Drying takes place via convection drying using the supply and exhaust air principle. • The process chamber is loaded via a loading door that can be folded out at the front. • This enables easy removal of the items to be cleaned. • The system is operated via a user-friendly touch panel. • The system has a large chamber and thus has a significantly larger capacity. • It is the perfect model for high and very high throughputs.
