(Vibrating Separator section can be used as mutual with pea grain and cut sweet corn kernel) Separation of heavy waste (stones etc.) from peas and other granular products. Prewashing in recirculated water, separation of waste larger than peas (pods...) on a vibrating separator at the destoner discharge (Capacity: up to 10 tons/h of pea grain and 8 tons/h of sweet corn kernel depending on raw material dirtiness) • Destoning tank - water separation in an ascending water stream • Stone lock chamber under the tank: stone discharge at adjustable intervals while the machine is running • Vibrating separator with 2 superposed screens : • Top screen separating the larger waste (width:1100mm). • Bottom screen for water separation. • Water recovery tank with fixed water filtering screen and pump for recirculating the filtered water through the machine. • Vibratory Separator driven by double vibromotors. • AISI 304 st. steel completely.
