Bulk feeder TUBF

It is intended for receiving of raw materials to discharge from trucks and uniform feeding of the processing line. It is usable for many types of vegetables such as corn, green bean, green peas, spinach, broccoli, pepper etc. Uniform feeding of product is provided on output thanks to following main parts: buffer belt, rotating rake. Construction can be made from AISI 304 stainless steel comletely or only food contact points such as side panels can be made from st. steel and frame can be made from mild steel galvanised. pvc belt between the sidewalls and the belt to prevent loss of peas. Buffer conveyor is PVC surfaced belt. Drive by shaft CK45 (painted) and galvanized chain sprocket. Iddle shaft is CK45 too. Motoreducer drive the shaft. St. steel Rotating rake device driven by motorreducer for more uniform dropping of product from bulk feeder`s buffer conveyor. Different lengths can be manufactured.
