Plastic crates washing tunnel TCW

It is used washing of crates as facing down by feeding into tunnel as manually. from 250 up to 3000 crates per hour capacitied various models. • Construction made of AISI 304 stainless steel as standard and AISI 316 wet sections upon request. • Tunnel passage max. width 60cm and height 40cm with adjustable crate side guides and upper crate pressing mechanism. • Different models with two, or three sections as Pre Washing, Main Washing, Rinsing and blowing upon request. • Stainless steel water circulation pumps on the Pre Washing and Main Washing. • Fresh water will be used at Rinsing section. • Clip-eyelet plastic (PP) nozzles can spray water to crates` top, all sides and bottom at Pre Washing and Main Washing sections. And threaded brass nozzles are used at Rinsing section. • Automatically temperature controlled Heating system at the Main Washing section. Heating can be provided by electrically or direct steam injection upon request depending on models. • Drawer type double deck filters on both Pre washing section tank and Main Washing section tank. Continous Rotary drum filter can be addapted Pre washing section upon request depending on models and sector. • Vairable speed controlled motorreducer driven stainless steel chain type crate conveyor running in polyethylene guides. • Automatic water filling-adding with tank water level switches and selenoid valves. • Removable chutes and tunnel side covers.
