TZ900/TZ1100/TZ1300/ TZ1600 double-roller crusher is a primary crusher, being matched with crusher in the ultra-heavy open-pit metal mine ---- semi-mobile crushing station or self-movable crushing station, which used for primary crushing of raw coal or overburdening material in open-pit mines with output above 10 million tons. The double-roller crusher consists of crushing case, crushing roller, speed reducer, fluid coupling, motor and others. Specification: Feeding grain size: 0~2000mm Discharging grain size:0~450mm Application Double-roller crusher is a primary crusher developed by our company for open -pit mines, being matched with crushing equipment in open-pit mine -- semi-mobile crushing station or self-movable crushing station which is used for primary crushing of raw coal or overburdening material in open-pit mines with output above 10 million tons. It is suitable for transportation process of single bucket excavator -- dump truck -- double-roller semi-mobile crushing station -- belt conveyor or single bucket excavator - self-movable crushing station - belt conveyor.
