TYHI has the ability to design and manufacture jack-up drilling platform. It is a non-self-propelled,self-elevating drilling platform used for offshore oil and natural gas exploitation and development operation. TZ400 Jack-up Drilling Platform is intended for operating in water depth up to 122m (400ft), provided with such functions as drilling of deep well, cluster well, horizontal well, cementation and auxiliary oil test. Application TZ400 Jack-up Drilling Platform is suitable for operation in sandy or silty seabed, with the functions of drilling of deep well, cluster well, horizontal well, cementation and auxiliary oil test. It is intended for operating in water depth up to 122m (400ft) with a drilling capacity of 9000m (30000ft). The main performance is as follows: the accommodation reaches 150 persons, the max variable load is 3900t; the max hook load is 675t and the rated draw work power is 2880kw. Furthermore, multiple key equipments are imported from abroad, such as BOP from Cameron, top drive and high pressure valve set from NOV, main generator from CAT, mud solid control system from Derrick, well meeting the performance requirements of TZ400. Features 01.Having intelligent pick-up and lay-down system of drill pipes：TZ400 can realize the work of drill pipe pick-up and lay-down automatically by the means of remote control conducted by two persons in driller’s house. 02.Accommodation: TZ400 can hold 150 Persons in double/single rooms, superior to 120 or 140 persons’ accommodation. 03.Large deck area and good cargo-carrying capacity: TZ400 effective deck area is 3700m³, which is 212.56㎡more than other drilling rigs.
