For a local company, we have created a laser marking station with 6-axis robot for buttons that allows you to mark different types of buttons thanks to a robotic arm.
The process is very simple: the buttons enter the marking station and pass over a vibrating drum in such a way that they are positioned correctly. Thanks to a vision system, the robot is able to select the parts and bring them into the marking area.
Then the laser marker for buttons:
1. The button to mark arrives on the vibrating plane
2. Vibrations place the button in the correct position
3. TAUMAC Vision System recognizes the object in the correct direction
4. The robot, takes the button and takes it to the marking area
5. The button positioned and marked correctly
6. The button goes out the machine, ready to be used
The loading of the buttons of the marking station can be done manually or be integrated with a production line and the machine allows you to mark about 120 pieces per minute.
Thanks to the software installed and developed by Taumac, you can control the marking process remotely and use files with all parameters already pre-installed.
The high efficiency and compact dimensions of the marking station have been designed according to the predefined space in the company.
