Taurot: marking laser with rotary table 700mm diameter with two stations. Laser marking with rotary table with 2 laser marking stations. For a local company we have developed a machine that can be able to perform laser marking in series. After a thorough study with the customer, we developed Taurot: a laser machine with a two-station rotary table. The first for positioning and unloading objects and the second for laser marking inside the working chamber. Thanks to this laser solution, we were able to meet the demands of repeatability, precision and speed. Up to 4 handles per station can be inserted in the two Taurot stations. While the operator unloads and charges the laser-engraved handles, the two laser heads mark on the other side. Thanks to the system of safety sensors along the entire perimeter of the working area, the operator can work in complete safety. As soon as you have finished loading the station, a convenient button unlocks the safety and the board will resume rotation for the continuous working cycle. Not only mechanical, Taurot has a fully customized software and with preset marking parameters. To improve the user experience, a simple user interface and 4.0 software was developed The Taurot rotary table has a diameter of 700mm and objects up to 25kg per position can be inserted.. In this case two 30W laser sources were inserted.
