Overview
The PhaseCap Energy Plus series is the latest generation of capacitors for power factor correction (PFC) based on proven MKK technology. It offers extended service life, very high inrush and pulse current capability, compact can dimensions and is optimized for industrial PFC applications. Two versions are available: gas-filled (series B25674C*) and semi-dry biodegradable soft resin (series B25675C*). Both versions feature self-healing properties and a 3-phase overpressure disconnector. Voltage range 230 … 1000 V, outputs 5.0 … 60.0 kvar and four terminal types allow tailored selection.
