DescriptionTec.s.i.m. electropneumatic diverter valves are systems for diverting the flow of bulk and granular products, featuring one inlet and a two- or three-way outlet. They are designed for integration in pneumatic conveying lines and material handling systems.
ConstructionThe valves are built with a robust sheet-metal body and house one or two movable flaps made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a VULKOLAN side sealing to ensure tightness.
Configurations and dimensionsAvailable in symmetric, asymmetric and three-way configurations, with sections from 200 to 500 mm, operated by electropneumatic actuation.
Control and actuationAll valves are equipped with inductive position sensors mounted above the housing on polycarbonate sensor holders to monitor flap position. The flap mechanism is supported by two SKF flanged bearings and a FESTO actuator assembly.
Compliance- Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/CEE
- ATEX Directive 2014/34/UE (for potentially explosive atmospheres)
NotesThe technical drawing refers to the standard model. Each product can be customized during production according to specific requirements.
