Overview
The CH Series is an intelligent cold-chamber aluminum die casting machine. It uses an imported energy-saving system and a proportional valve for low-speed control, providing more accurate multi-speed injection than traditional systems. It is suitable for air-tight castings.

CH Series features

• High-speed injection up to 8 m/s and acceleration up to 80G.
• Complete data management: die clamping force display, furnace temperature interface, oil temperature alarm, defective detection and other systems. Storage for 500 mold parameter sets.
• Equipped with advanced auxiliaries: toggle-arm automatic ladle and servo sprayer to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Advanced data management functions with optional expansion to 1,000 parameter sets in the electronic control.

CH Series Injection

• Dual hydraulic system with independent intensification accumulator: separate accumulator for intensification prevents pressure interference during high-speed injection. Intensification pressure is set independently. Suitable for 500 ton machines and above.
• Meter-in injection system: hydraulic circuit designed for 80G acceleration and up to 8 m/s. Uses German proportional solenoid valves for precise multi-phase low-speed control to reduce casting porosity. Standard on TBC CH models.

CH Electric Control

• Vacuum system interface.
• Injection parameters saved up to 300 sets (electronic control may extend mold parameter storage up to 1,000 sets).
• Squeeze pin interface.
• 15-inch touch screen for operator setup; upgraded injection data functions.
• Digital clamping force display integrated with injection data.
• Advanced electronic controls: defective detection, injection data upgrade, extended mold parameter storage (up to 1,000 sets).
• Abandoned casting setting (warm-up shots): performs low-speed shots after long shutdowns to avoid defective castings from cold molds.

Mechanical Structure & Options

• Hydraulic oil filter device.
• Remote data collection system for mobile or laptop monitoring.
• Energy-saving system with German Eckerle pump and new control system; power consumption reduction of ~30% for machines over 500 ton.
• Movable platen reinforcement plate to prevent platen deformation and ease replacement.
• Quick mold change system with special hydraulic clamp; integrated into TBC electronic control.
• Automatic safety door with frequency-converter motor control; synchronized automatic open/close; installable on operator and non-operator sides.
• Option to increase number of cores according to tonnage model.
