OPERATION The bag is hung by its straps on the lifting device, lifted, and positioned ready to untie the outlet spout using the supplied chain hoist. The bag’s discharge spout is then sealed to allow dust-free opening. Discharge is performed by gravity or with the help of bag-haking systems, or vibrating extractors in the case of hard flowing materials. A level sensor accurately measures the content for efficient bag replacement. TECHNICAL DATA • Suitable for emptying big bags from 1 to 1.5 and 2m³ and materials with bulk density up to 1 kg/dm³. • Lifting capacity up to 2,000 kg. • Approximate overall dimensions: 1,500x1,500 mm., height 3,100/5,700 mm. • Construction in painted steel, AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel.
