Description

Weighing scales in the container (bunker scales) are a metal frame with limiters for the supports of the bunker, which are equipped with strain gauges connected to the weight processor. This is the optimal solution in the case when the company already has capacity and the question of weight control of production is in question. Since these scales are custom-made, they have several advantages over serial platform weights: The size of the scales exactly corresponds to the dimensions of the bunker; A frame without a solid platform does not prevent the bunker from being unloaded; The weight of the container is recorded in the memory of the weighing scales, and when turned on, they show the weight of the contents of the hopper (standard scales give an error message when turning on if there is any load on the platform); Flexible configuration of equipment and functions. The scales, depending on the design of the container, are mounted on 3 or 4 pillars, each of which is mounted on a load cell. A complete set of relay or current 4-20 mA outputs is available to control the process of loading / unloading the product through a weight terminal. There is a RS-232 / RS-485 interface for connecting to a computer. The material of the frame (black metal, coated with powder enamel or stainless steel), the degree of protection of the sensors and the weight processor, as well as the functional capabilities of the weight equipment are discussed on an individual basis and approved in the technical assignment.
