Semi-automatic production line for packing charcoal, pellets, granules and other bulk products, produced by “Technowagy” Ltd. in the stream, in open bags. Line for packing of charcoal, pellets, granules into open bags, which is produced by “Technowagy” Ltd., provides high quality and reliability of work with semi-automatic dosing of bulk materials and materials, which consist of pieces into open bags (from 1 to 15 kg). The installation provides high-precision formation of the mass of the dose in bags and packages of various capacities. Mass, dose, dosing mode and other variable parameters are set by the operator from the keyboard of the weight processor or control panel. The packing line includes: a packing machine; loading conveyors; bag sewing line, while in the vibratory packing machine (for coal, pellets, granules) these components are additional options. The principle of the machine is as follows: A raw material is poured into the receiving bunker and from there it is transported by vibro-flow into the weigh bin. When a necessary dose is set, the signal “Dose” lights up on the control panel. The operator inserts the bag under the conical funnel and presses the pedal (or button) unloading. The pneumatic cylinder opens the bottom of the weigh bin and the weighed product is poured into the bag. The bottom closes and the next dose is automatically activated. The dose is dialed from the control panel and can be from zero to maximum. The unit has two independent dosing flows, operating in parallel, and a mode of two doses dumping at the same time, which allows to take a double dose in one bag for charcoal and similar lightweight materials.
