Description

Internal teeth slewing ring light version The light version slewing ring, it’s the most common version and used version form the market, for simple applications with medium/low loads; it is amply used for food machinery; packaging and environmental machinery. Internal teeth slewing ring with one row of balls Tecma Drive develops and supplies slewing rings with balls of four-point of contact in version of single row balls composed of two rotary rings with induction tempered raceway, into a compact structure and light weight, it will go through steel balls and polyamide or metal spacers on the circular raceway at four points. This version of slewing ring can stand axial and radial forces, and tilting moment at the same time, they are generally predestined in applications such as rotary converyors, welding manipulators, small and medium cranes, excavators and other types of construction machinery. Internal teeth slewing ring with double row of balls The slewing rings with double row of balls are monted on two rows of upper and lower steel balls with different diameteres according to the application conditions and the requested loads. This type of open assembly is very convenient, as the arc angles of upper and lower ring raceway are 90°, what can withstand large axial forces and tilting moments; when the radial force its superior than 0.1 times the axial force, it is recommended to specifically design the raceway. Otherwise, the axial and radial loads of the slewing rings series are relatively large and solid in structure, making it especially suitable for medium tower cranes, truck mounted cranes, loading and unloading machinery, etc.
