Finishing Systems The hot working of cosmetic products often results in an inadequate aesthetic appearance of the finished product, which may be opaque or not sufficiently polished, or even slightly reduced in volume during cooling. To solve this problem, special devices are used which provide a post-heating of the product already processed and packaged, so as to give it both the surface finish and the aesthetic aspect required by quality standards: a particular example is represented by the finishing with systems of flaming required by some types of lipstick. Each time or temperature parameter related to the operation of these systems is completely controlled by a special panel integrated in the line; the operator can, in a simple and intuitive way, adjust the operation of the system to obtain the necessary results.
