Description
System for fitting clips into linear foam or rubber profiles pre-cut to length. After being inserted manually into a suitably shaped guide, the profile is transported, through a servo motor operated axis, until reaching the various processing areas designed to:
- Insert clips
- Die cut
- Cut
- Mark
The machine is equipped with a system for automatically unloading the parts made, which is able to select suitable pieces from those deemed defective by the various control sensors with which it is equipped.
Depending on the required production capacity, the machine can be equipped with a loading storage unit consisting of several mobile guides.
Each guide can be easily and quickly replaced by the operator.
