Machine description The robotic deburring cell designed and manufactured by Tecnomacchine consists of a TM 250 rotary-table deburring machine, a Rotostore TM 15 rotary magazine and a 3-axis manipulator that performs robot tasks at substantially lower cost. The TM 250 is equipped with wear‑resistant CBN diamond wheels and can process both spur and helical gears. In the same machining cycle, deburring is performed simultaneously on the upper and lower faces of the gear.
