The Gear Chamfering Machine TM175 is particularly suitable for spiral bevel gears and bevel pinion with diameters up to 250mm.
It is equipped with a double machining unit to deburr/chamfer and brush the workpart and with a chuck controlled by 3 axes, which gives maximum flexibility in positioning the workpart.
Being fully CNC-controlled, this solution offers the advantage of saving all parameters after the initial set-up, so that set-up times are eliminated for recurrent workparts.
If necessary, it is possible to extend the workpart diameters and lengths to adapt them to the customer’s requirements.
