Description
The Gear Deburring Machine TM1000-CNC is designed to chamfer and brush spur and helical gears, shafts and pinions with diameters up to 1.000mm, shaft length up to 1.500mm and weight up to 1.500kg.
The standard version features 3 machining units:
1) disk-cutter: removes the bigger burrs with a disc
2) chamfering and brushing of the top side
3) chamfering and brushing of the bottom side
It is possible to integrate an automatic workpart clamping, clamping via counterholder, self-opening machine top, adjustable mechanical stop for long shafts or additional units to machine internal gears.
