TSB-100 Semi-automatic vacuum (or non-vacuum) heat sealer for pre-form packs. Vacuum packed with modified atmosphere for longer preservation, better presentation and easy storage and transport. CHARACTERISTICS • A tray sealing machine for packing preformed trays with a modified atmosphere (MAP) or just sealing. • Independent welding system for each tray with heat insulation to avoid the welding plate coming into direct contact with the product. • Perimeter film cutting. • Automatic device for collecting the surplus film. • A new mould changing system allows the operation fast, without tools and avoids the chance of getting burnt. • It automatically performs the cycle of vacuum, gas input, heat sealing and film trimming. • Easy cleaning. • Maximum welding area size 265x405 mm. • Bench and vacuum chamber in stainless steel. • Busch vacuum pump of 40 m3/h. • Manufacture according to CE regulations. • Ideal for all kinds of food products, and particularly for precooked meals.
