Product Introduction Stepper motor drivers are actuators that convert electrical pulses into angular displacement. When it receives a pulse signal, it will be rotated by the driver at a fixed angle (called "step angle") in the set direction, because it rotates step by step at a fixed angle. The angular displacement can be controlled by controlling the number of pulses, so as to achieve precise positioning. At the same time, the speed and acceleration of motor rotation can be controlled by controlling the pulse frequency, so as to achieve the purpose of speed regulation and positioning. The main structure of the stepper motor driver has four parts: circular distributor, protection circuit, signal processing and sensor. - Circular distributor: According to the requirements of the input signal, the switching waveforms of different states of the motor are generated. - Signal processing: PWM modulates the switching signal generated by the loop distributor, and filters and reshapes the relevant waveform. - Protection circuit: When the winding current is too large, a shutdown signal is generated to close the main circuit to protect the motor driver and the motor winding. - Sensor: A device that monitors the position and angle of the motor in real time and generates a return signal.
