PerfTrak is a solution for monitoring and improving machine performance. Thanks to this tool, field teams can easily identify production discrepancies and implement action plans to improve operational performance. The aim is to identify the reasons for these performance gaps and thus improve performance, availability and quality within a production workshop. This decision-making tool combines the most modern technologies (BT, IoT, Android, WIFI) with the principles of Lean Management. How does it work? Operating principle By simply connecting to your machine, the system is able to detect production deviations based on your standard production times. 3 types of connection are possible: retrieving a 0-24V PLC signal, placing a sensor in the right place, or using OPC UA. Using a touch-sensitive tablet, the operator is able to enter the causes of these production discrepancies according to a loss tree defined by you. All this data is consolidated and sent to a supervision platform that can be consulted in real time, providing a precise overview of the reasons for these production discrepancies.
