The SS 01 series is a line of light curtain systems engineered by Telco Sensors. It is equipped with a self-contained transmitter SST and receiver SSR, located opposite of each other. The system is enclosed in a sturdy aluminum housing, with a size of 33x36 mm. It comes in a length range of 160 mm to 1980 mm. The series requires a supply voltage within 12V DC to 30V DC, with a solid state relay output. It is supplied with a control input in the SSR for configuration, when operating either with parallel or cross scanning beams. The SS 01 series has a beam blanking function that can be configured through a second control input in the SSR for memorizing the beams obstructed for up to 5 seconds during set-up.
