When it comes to fitting a complete imaging camera into small tight spaces, the Remote RadEye detachable x-ray sensor was made to fit. Tiny corners can be reached through the sensor module ends of the detachable cable. The camera can be placed up to one meter away because it is mounted in a separate enclosure. This device can not only be used in portable NDT applications as well as installations that are fixed. Being only slightly larger than the sensor itself, the Remote Sensor Head is in a light tight rugged enclosure. This sensor is for high-resolution and it covers 10-90 kV energy range. Connecting the sensor head to the electronics module is a shielded 1m cable. It will contain either a digital frame grabber interface that is high speed or a USB interface that's microprocessor controlled.
