The assortment includes installation and connection cables for connections exposed to intensive contamination with protection class IP67. These cables offer outstanding transmission characteristics with high power reserves and optimum protection against ambient influences by the use of particularly robust jacket materials. In accordance with EN 50173-1 the designation S/FTP describes a cable with an individual pair shield of aluminium foil surrounded by a mesh as a total shield.
