This linear piston filler is designed to fill fluid and dense cosmetic products in bottles and jars, such as face creams, body creams, hair gel, tonic, shampoo, shower gel, body oil. This linear piston filling machine is perfect for filling fluid and dense cosmetic products in bottles and jars, such as face creams, body creams, hair gels, tonics, shampoos, shower gels and body oils. One of the strengths of this piston filler for cosmetics is certainly its versatility and flexibility. In fact, as it often happens in the cosmetic sector, containers of different materials and shapes can be handled with a very simple and quick format changeover. To increase the production performance of the linear piston filler for cosmetic products, we used a double-step filling system: this allows us to fill 8 bottles, optimizing the technical times for their movement. The cosmetic product is fed into the machine through a 100 liter horizontal heated hopper with stirrer: this allows the product to be kept fluid and aspirable. This linear piston filler consists of: • Rotary table for loading empty bottles; • Piston filler with n.4 volumetric dosers; • Rotary table for unloading filled bottles; • Heated 100-liter loading hopper with agitator. There is also the possibility to add an automatic capping station to our cosmetic linear piston filler, and completing the end-of-line with labelers, ink-jet markers, etc. The same linear piston filler can also be used in other sectors: • FOOD for filling sauces, creams, pâtés, jams, fruit juices, condiments, yogurt, etc. • CHEMICAL for filling pesticides, detergents, fertilizers, herbicides, paints, varnishes, etc.
