Electrically heated solid aluminium block oven with 7 / 19 cells of dimension 75mm dia x 305 mm height. Air obtained through a small diaphragm pump and preheated to the ageing temperature is forced into each cell from the bottom, in such a way that the air changes per hour are same through all the cells at a given time. Temperature is controlled precisely to within ±1°C by digital controller cum indicator. An energy regulator and three heat control is also provided to minimize the overshoot & undershooting of temperature. A safety thermostat is provided to control the temperature in case the digital controller cum indicator fails to operate. All the switches and controls are located conveniently on the bottom stand. Air flow is regulated through a rotameter of suitable range. The equipment is incorporated with Electrical timer 999 hrs with battery backup. The unit is supplied with castor wheels for ease of movement
