Asparagus peeling line SOLO A

The SOLO A asparagus peeling system offers the best productivity with low requirements for human resources The loading conveyor (TENRIT ELV 8) and the feeding V-belt (TENRIT VB 1000) automatically feed the asparagus into the peeling machine (TENRIT SOLO A). After peeling, the peeled asparagus is gathered on the standalone rotating inspection table (TENRIT DRT). The loading conveyor with its special nubbed surface enables fast and uncomplicated loading of larger quantities of asparagus. The peeling of one asparagus per second or 3,600 pieces per hour is no longer an issue any more. The speed of the belt has a stepless adjusting system. The rotating table has a diameter of 1.5 m and so offers plenty of space for easy visual inspection and further processing, but also for a second peeling machine. The system can also be easily "mirrored", where one operator operates two systems at the same time.
