Description
To mix Bentonite into the drilling fluid
Bentonite is vacuumed via a funnel by the low pressure TERRA injector (“Hopper) and mixed into the drilling fluid.
HONDA trash pump with 4.0 kW (5 HP) and 650 ltr/min (170 gpm) pumping capacity. The pumping pressure is 26 m (2.6 bar), the suction pressure 8 m (0.8 bar).
Injector 2” (“Hopper”) with funnel for 12.5 kg (27.5 lbs) Bentonite and with bag cutter.
Any 2’000 - 4’000 ltr (500 – 1’000 gal) tank may be connected.
1’000 ltr (250 gal) of drilling fluid are mixed within approximately 4 minutes.
With Y-fitting to choose tank 1 or tank 2
May be used as main mixing station for any HDD machine.
May be used as 2nd mixing station for any main mixing station for a HDD machine. Then drilling and backreaming are possible without any interruption due to preparation of the drilling fluid.
