Gas recovery unit ECO POWER

Our blow molding machines can be equipped with innovative system which recovers the compressed air from the blowing. The system is based on a modern valve by EugenSeitz Company consisting of set of containers, valves and sensors controlling pressure of recovered air. The system was designed to avoid pressure changes while recovering the air from the pneumatics control system of blow molding machine which results in high repetition of operations during bottles production. Using this system causes a major reduction of electricity consumption resulting from a lower demand for the consumption of compressed air by the blowing machine.
