The DPSF test bench is a machine intended for the laboratory testing of hydraulic quick couplings. The test bench is used to carry out the following tests on coupled quick couplings: characterisation (delta P) according to ISO 18869, para. 13, for quick couplings up to 2″; Long duration and Short duration Surge Flow according to ISO 18869, para. 22 and 23, for quick couplings up to 1″. The test bench is equipped with two hydraulic supply lines, used separately, designed to continuously cover the entire range of flow rate that the bench is able to supply, from approx. 1 l/min up to 1,200l/min or 1500 l/min, depending on the version.
