Overview
Info Connect 2 is the innovative TEXA interface that allows you to take advantage of remote diagnostic services. Thanks to wireless connectivity and interaction with the Diagnostic Software, the device’s use is immediate and perfectly integrated with your diagnostic solution.

How it works

• Connect the Info Connect 2 interface to the vehicle’s diagnostic port.
• Use the TEXA Diagnostic Software to submit an assistance request through the dedicated portal.
• A TEXA operator connects remotely to the vehicle in real time and provides the requested support to complete the operation.

Remote diagnosis service
The remote diagnosis service enables multi-brand remote assistance and access to additional diagnostic functions, including support for complex operations and procedures that may not be available locally. The service allows an expert to establish a real-time connection to the vehicle via Info Connect 2 to assist with unlocking control units, performing specific diagnostic actions and completing the requested operation without interrupting the workshop workflow.

Requirements for accessing the service

• A TEXA Viewer or a PC solution running Windows 10 or Windows 11 with active and updated CAR software, connected to a stable internet network.
• The Info Connect 2 interface available and connected to the vehicle.
• An active TEXPACK subscription and a TEX@INFO subscription that includes Call Center access for operations requiring operator intervention.
• A sufficient number of TEXA Points for the requested remote operation.

Notes
The service is available in selected countries and under the conditions defined by TEXA for remote diagnostic assistance.
