Overview
FlashPick is a goods-to-person order fulfillment system designed for omni-channel logistics. It supports e-commerce, wholesale and retail operations with a channel-agnostic order management approach to maximize throughput, sequencing accuracy and operational flexibility.

How FlashPick works
FlashPick integrates shuttle-based storage, conveyor sequencing and picking workstations into a single solution while TGW Warehouse Software controls process orchestration and material flow. Shuttles store and retrieve SKU containers and deliver them via conveyors to manual or robotic picking stations. SKUs and order totes/cartons arrive at workstations in precise sequence. Unused goods are automatically returned to storage and completed orders are routed to shipping.
