SWIRL is an ideal cleaning solution for Chevron, Cleated or Ribbed belts. They are usually installed in secondary position on the return run of the belt, where the belt leaves the discharge pulley. A number of nylon bristles mounted on the rotary cleaner shaft form the cleaning tip. The shaft is driven by a geared motor,which has a reversal function too, in order to suit reversing belts. The brush cleaner is designed such that material falls off the brush rather than settle at the bottom of the bristles. Design allows quick replacement of spares. Automated Control panel is available as an option to synchronize the cleaner with the conveyor belt.
