Rhino R liners are manufactured from special Rubber compound to resist high impact, sliding abrasion and corrosion. Rhino R rubber liners are manufactured with steel embedded washers / complete steel backing / Aluminium T track. Heavy duty liners (Rhino M) are manufactured from Rubber with special alloy metal blocks, co-moulded at high pressure to handle extreme impact and abrasion of the process material. The metal blocks are made from Chrome-Moly, Manganese Alloy castings, or inserts made from standard plates with hardness ranging 400-550 BHN. Rhino Liners are available in standard or customized sizes to use with the following equipments; - Hoppers - Transfer Chutes - Screen Feed Box - Mixing Drums - Truck Bodies - Bins - Feeders - Screen Under Size & Over Size Chutes - Wagon Tipplers - Dumpers etc
