The steam quality test kit (option "A") is utilized to monitor the steam dryness value, the steam superheat value and the non-condensable gas value. The practice of steam quality testing is carried out worldwide and has been an EU requirement (EN 285) for numerous years. High quality steam is a critical requirement for achieving optimum results in steam sterilization cycles. Every version of the steam quality test kit is portable and housed within a flight case or compact case. They comply with the current EN285 European Standards and the UK Health Service Standard HTM2010. The hygienic test elbows are made from 316L (1.4404) stainless steel and can be supplied in pipe sizes of 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", 2" and 3". Other accessories are also available.
