The machine is used for pre-crushing the raw material. It is used for vegetables like zucchini. The machine’s purpose is to crush the vegetables into smaller pieces in order to ease the hammer crusher and to improve the capacity of the line. The pre-crusher consists of: Housing, mounted to the frame Shafts Gears Flexible coupling and gear motor. The driving shaft is coupled directly to the gear motor. The machine is entirely made of stainless steel, except the flexible coupling and the gear motor.
