Test bay for pipe fittings (Elbows, reductions, Tee, cross) : pressurization skid with automatic water filling and recovering functions. Pressurization pump to reach target pressure upon product data base. A vacuum pump is foreseen to remove air pockets completely from fittings’ body. Special Piston Effect Adaptors (PEA) to plug fittings and ensure a correct tightness at high pressure. This asset includes a basement for water collection during test, adjustable length with fixing chains to hold fittings firmly in place during tests. A “BUNKER ASSET” completes the test bay: an armoured modular safety perimeter can be added to ensure the highest safety level for operators. All pressurized elements are surrounded by a safety perimeter (including the pressurization skid) and the control console is placed outside.
