Automatic sharpening machine AV-40

Upgrade an older Foley-Belsaw model, US-550 Pro Sharpener or other various sharpening systems. Reduce setup time by 25% or more from other saw blade sharpening machines. This is the AV-40 base sharpening machine only. It is meant to serve as an upgrade to various older sharpening systems such as Foley-Belsaw or US-550 Pro Sharpener. The machine has the ability to face, top and side grind saw blades from 7″ to 30″ in diameter. The Thorvie saddle assembly is designed with a diameter adjusting slide. It can reduce setup time by 25% or more from other saw blade sharpening machines. The machine has a heavy duty, TEFC 110 volt motor. It has a 1/2″ arbor to fit most, if not all, of your current grinding wheels. Thorvie press-fits and grinds every motor arbor to ensure true-running grinding wheels. The motor arbor has a 1-1/2″ clearance from the motor housing. This eliminates motor interference when sharpening some router bits, raised panel shaper cutters and other various blades.
