The RCS 660 is high-performance equipment for cutting and tooling operations for a wide assortment of rai material. The machine is equipped with a circular saws containing carbide disks. The machine can be also equipped with machining unit with the automatic replacement of drilling and milling tools and second circular saw in case, when mitre cutting is required. Clamping of rail is ensured by system of hydraulic vertical and horizontal clamping units. Whole machine can be placed on the lower mobile unit, which enables transfer between two lines of conveyor tracks and job in both of these positions. This makes time for manipulation with a material shorter. Machine can perform the following operations: - Highly productive straight cutting of rails and other railway elements - Form cuts with turned upper saw - Drilling of joining and division holes and deburring - Milling of the leading edges of rails The equipment as a whole and its individual parts are designed to respect the maximum rigidity of the construction, which together with high-quality components of the drives and guiding enable to obtain the maximal outputs and accuracy during individual operations.
