These enclosures were usually engineered uniquely and with great care for suiting the particular tool that needs to be isolated. This aroused a condition that end users need to design acoustic enclosures for their applications. It was highly impractical as it requires much amount of knowledge in the field which generated high demand for an acoustic enclosure that has a standard design and which can be used in various applications.
