The ‘Side Mover’ is a stationary pallet changer capable of efficiently and swiftly changing pallets for various types of products, thanks to its slight lifting mechanism that enables a smooth transition from one pallet to another. How it works The operation begins with the insertion of the entire load into the machine, where the new empty pallet is also positioned. Once the product is positioned inside the machine, the operator activates the two side lateral plaforms (via a push button panel) to securely hold the product laterally, lift it from the pallet, and allow transferring from one pallet to another. Once the product is on the new empty pallet, the two side lateral plaforms opens, and the product is released. The load is then removed from the machine using a pallet jack or a forklift.
