The V-Shape is a pallet inverter system, specifically designed for exchanging pallets of loads with different configuration. It one of the evergreen solutions in Toppy’s range, originally launched in 2009 and still one of our best-selling solutions to this day. The V-Shape is also available in the fully stainless-steel or galvanized variant. Unique features offered by Toppy Product Centering: A system that automatically detects the product’s dimensions and centers it on the destination pallet, ensuring even edges or overhangs. Integrated Lift on Platform: Useful when the original and destination pallets have different heights. Also beneficial when individual products are very small, preventing falls during tipping. Manual or automatic version: Available in both manual and automatic versions, the V-shape offers flexibility to suit different automation needs. 120° Tilting: A secure movement that prevents product falls during the tilting operation. Customizable Components: Adjustable according to customer preferences. Multiple versions available based on capacity: It’s available in different versions depending on the load capacity and product height up to 2000 kg. Full or partial AISI 304 stainless steel version The V-Shape is also offered in either full or partial AISI 304 stainless steel versions. How it works The cycle with the “V-Shape” can be semi-automatic or completely automatic, depending on the level of automation required. The pallet exchange cycle starts with the operator that inserts the entire load inside the machine.
