Automated pallet changer L-Shape Romeo & Juliette

Toppy’s depalletizer is one of the most advanced and faster automatic pallet changer in the world designed by Toppy in 2022. It is a pallet transfer system capable of handling up to 55 pallets per hour with two integrated pallet dispensers. This depalletizer cis capable of workings both with forklift and transpallet. The cycle begins with the deposit of the load and the new pallet inside the machine. The automatic depalletizer will overturns and separates the load from the pallet in one second. The new pallet takes place of the old pallet, which goes on the apposite pallet stacker. “L-Shape Romeo & Juliette” will release down the entire load with the new pallet under it. We will provide the system with two pallet dispensers with a max. capacity of 20 pallets each, in the rear of the machine. Our depalletizer changes automatically by tilting technology. Depending on the type of product, the load tilts between 95° and 120° It is capable of managing automatically all the incoming loas thanks to Toppy’s new technmology APS (Automatic Pallet Shift) patented in 2022.
