Pac-Man is a fully automatic pallet changer by Toppy, designed to replace pallets under load without manual intervention and to integrate into automated production lines and warehouses.

Operation

• The load and a new empty pallet are placed inside the Pac-Man; the unit performs a controlled tilt.
• The lower platform opens to separate the used pallet from the load while the APS positions the new pallet under the load.
• The system then centers the product on the new pallet and the roller conveyors eject the pallets.
